Use the roster at every match

The HVA printable club roster is a real time saver. It's available for anybody to print from any club page. Use it at every match to ensure:

  1. Teams don't fall foul of the HVA player restriction rules.
  2. Scorers can accurately complete the FIVB scoresheet roster with player names that match the HVA website.
  3. The HVA Comp Sec can quickly confirm match results. You might know who "Anna" is, but I don't whether it's "Smith, A" or "Jones, A".

Please share this with every team captain.

When adding new players to the roster, remember to use the "Lastname, A" format. This offers a small amount of privacy, particularly for juniors, and matches the format required by the FIVB scoresheets.
